Cliff Wells – Injury Claim Attorney

I’ve spent my career as a Florida personal injury attorney, pursuing claims on behalf of the victims of wrongful death, negligence, injuries arising out of automobile collisions, truck and tractor trailer crashes, motorcycle accidents, pedestrians who have been hit by a car, workplace accidents, faulty or defective products, negligent maintenance or repairs of property (premises liability) and slip and fall claims.

I have extensive experience fighting insurance companies for failing to adequately reimburse their insureds in cases ranging from uninsured/underinsured motorist to homeowners insurance and other property damage claims.

I personally work with all of my clients.  It’s a philosophy I’ve followed throughout my career as a personal injury lawyer and it’s a philosophy we take very seriously at our firm.  Simply put: we believe cases are worth more when they are handled by an attorney.  I make sure clients can reach me directly, and I frequently call clients directly to let them know how their cases are progressing and to obtain information I need to maximize the value of their claims.  We don’t operate a “mill,” where clients rarely are able to speak to an attorney.

I handle the entire litigation process, from meeting in person with new clients through final judgment after jury trials. If you have a potential claim, please give me a call. The consultation is free, and there is no charge unless you recover for your injuries. I can be reached at (727) 821-3195 or you may contact me through this website.

What clients are saying:

A lawyer who cares!

Clifford Wells is an an attorney who cares for his clients. He takes a personal interest in you. You actually get to talk to him not an associate (although his staff is more than competent and responsive). He won’t sugar coat his take on your case. That means your time and his is not wasted. I highly recommend him and his firm. My accident claim has yet to be resolved, but Cliff’s attention to detail and great communication leads me to recommend him no matter the outcome.
